RULES
of visiting the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" by foreign nationals in the frames of a visa-free entry to the tourist and recreation zone "Brest-Grodno"

Movement of foreigners through the territory of the National Park is carried out according to the established by the administration of the National Park tourist routes (bicycle, pedestrian and other), marked by the administration of the National Park with information signs (sign-boards), marking or otherwise. 

1. Foreign nationals without visas can come to the Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Belarus to the following territory (districts) within the framework of visa-free entry to the tourist and recreation zone “Brest-Grodno”:
You can cross the state border of the Republic of Belarus with the Republic of Poland at the following checkpoints:
SNPI NP "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" prepares an entry permit for foreign nationals, under condition of visiting tourist facilities of the park. If a visit to the National Park is not planned, foreign nationals may contact the tour operators of Brest for the purpose of visa-free entry to the tourist and recreation zone “Brest-Grodno”.

2. The basis for visiting without a visa is a document of the established sample, which is issued to a foreign nationals by the NP "Belovezhskaya Pushcha".

3. Before departure, you must issue an insurance policy for your stay in the Republic of Belarus.

5. Entering the Republic of Belarus, foreigners are obliged to have funds in an amount equivalent to at least 2 basic values established in the Republic of Belarus for each day of stay (1 basic value = 25,5 rubles).

6. Issuing an entry document through the SNPI NP "Belovezhskaya Pushcha":
The tourist package "One-day tour to the Belovezhskaya Pushcha" includes registration of a Pass to enter, transfer (according to the schedule along the route Pererov-ag. Kamenyuki checkpoint), visiting the Museum of Nature, visiting the Open-air cages, dinner in Cafe "Lesnaya Skazka" (Cafe "Sosny") and costing 35 bel. rub.

Order of crossing the state border:
Crossing the border of the Republic of Belarus, regardless of the method, foreigners are obliged to go through border and customs control. Foreign nationals and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as foreigners) may cross the State Border of the Republic of Belarus according to the following documents:

For violations of this requirement, administrative liability is provided for tourists under Art. 23.31 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus (a warning with or without deportation or deprivation of fines of up to 50 basic units).

A foreign citizen or a stateless person who arrives in the Republic of Belarus is obliged to register with the registration authority at the place of actual residence within 5 days, with the exception of Sundays, public holidays and public holidays.

Drivers of vehicles with a technically permissible total weight of not more than 3.5 tons, registered in the countries of the Customs Union, are exempted from the fare.
